How Judi came to this work

Judi's journey into senior care advisory began, as it does for so many, with her own family. Watching a parent navigate the care system, the confusion, the conflicting advice, the sense of being passed from one professional to another without anyone truly understanding the whole picture, she realised there was something missing: a trusted, independent guide who could sit alongside a family and help them make sense of it all.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources and project management, Judi has spent her career helping organisations and individuals navigate complex transitions with confidence and clarity. She has a natural ability to identify and break down complicated processes into manageable steps, helping people make sense of change when it feels overwhelming.

Throughout her career, she has built trusted relationships with a wide range of people, bringing together different perspectives, creating practical solutions, and supporting others through periods of uncertainty. Whether introducing new ways of working, managing organisational change, or guiding individuals through significant life events, Judi is known for listening carefully, understanding what matters most, and providing calm, structured support.

Today, she brings those same skills to families facing later life decisions, helping them navigate unfamiliar systems, understand the options available, and move forward with greater confidence and peace of mind.

As a former nurse, she combines her caring experience with the insight that comes from recently navigating this journey herself and, in many ways, still living it every day. She understands not only the practical challenges, but also the emotional weight of supporting ageing parents. Today, she works exclusively with families, never with care providers and never on commission. That means every family she supports can be confident that her advice is independent, impartial and always focused on what is in their best interests.

What Judi believes

Independence above all

Judi has no financial relationship with any care provider, solicitor, or financial adviser. Her only obligation is to the families she works with.

Family first, always

Every decision in the care journey affects the whole family. Judi works with families as a unit — not just the person who needs care.

Clarity over complexity

The care system is complicated. Judi's job is to make it understandable — translating jargon, explaining options, and helping families feel confident in their choices.

Dignity in every conversation

Later-life transitions touch on identity, loss, and love. Judi approaches every conversation with the sensitivity and respect that deserves.

What families say

Judi was the calm in the storm. When we didn't know where to turn, she helped us understand our options and feel like we were making the right decisions for Mum.

Sarah T.

Daughter, Derbyshire

What struck me most was that Judi had no agenda. She wasn't trying to sell us anything. She just wanted to help us find the right path for Dad.

Michael R.

Son, Oxford

I'd been struggling for months before I found Judi. Within two sessions I had a clear plan and felt like I could actually cope with what was ahead.

Wife and carer, East Midlands
