About Judi
Meet Judi
"Golden Transitions wasn't born from a business idea. It was born from my family's story."
Over the last few years, I've helped my parents through one of life's most difficult journeys — navigating dementia, care homes, legal paperwork, finances and countless decisions I never expected to make. That experience, combined with more than 25 years in senior HR, process optimisation and project management, inspired me to create a place where families can find answers, share experiences and know they are never facing these challenges alone.
What makes Golden Transitions different
Independent Guidance
We are not a care agency, a care broker or a referral service. We have no financial relationship with any care provider. Our only loyalty is to you and your family.
Independent Recommendations
We don't accept referral fees or commission for recommending providers. Some organisations may pay separately for advertising or marketing with us, but this never determines who we recommend.
Family-First Always
We walk beside you through every stage of the journey — from the first worried conversation to the final practical steps. You will never feel alone.
